Green Close, Hutton
Working closely with both our clients and our contractor a holistic, sustainable approach to a complex site was established alongside a regenerative nature-based upland farm.   Our work includes a considered and respectful enhancement of the grade II listed 17th C. Farmhouse, stabilisation of the adjoining Bank-Barn roof and conversion of the Shippon.  Our approach incorporated lime based breathable wall insulation, recycled and reimagined materials and the integration of renewable / low carbon technology including an array of 72 solar panels and GSHP.
